Managed Forest Tax Incentive Plan
Through the Ontario Managed Forest Tax Incentive Program (MFTIP) you can reduce property taxes on forested land by up to 75%.
Minimum 9.88 Acres of forested land
Certified Ontario Tree Marking
Tree marking all forest types according to Ministry of Natural Resources standards and landowner objectives.
We do not tree mark in the County of Simcoe but can refer trusted professionals.
